Fitness and Kickboxing Classes
A fitness and kickboxing class developed by Marc Bochner. Each class is unique and designed to increase your overall fitness level. Classes are for beginners as well as individuals looking to add to their current fitness routine.
The program consists of three parts to help you get in better shape and live a healthier life!
We will teach you the correct way to perform calisthenics such as jumping jacks, sit ups, and pushups. We are also able to modify any exercise based on your needs.
We will use resistance bands of different strengths to help build and tone muscles. Resistance Bands can be used to help strengthen every part of your body.
We will teach you the proper way to strike the bag using your hands, elbows, legs, and knees. Hitting a bag is a great workout and an amazing stress reliever after a hard day of work!
